Too often 'customer satisfaction' is seen as the responsibility of just
frontline staff, who are then provided with skills to keep customers happy.
This workshop looks at being truly 'customer connected' in a way that
prevents problems, improves efficiency, reduces re-work and has a direct
impact on costs. Focusing on how to connect everyone's role with the
external customer, we'll help you to focus everyone on 'doing the right
things', use time more effectively, build internal relationships and reduce customer complaints.
